Very quickly! We try our best to avoid fully booking appointments every day, giving opportunity to those in need of a last-minute emergency appointment on the day.
We have no hidden costs! We request a deposit payment of £15 is made in advance to secure your slot. We allow free cancellations up to 48 hours before your appointment day, in the result of cancelling within this time period, your deposit will be kept and rolled over to your next appointment. Cancellations on the day and no shows will result in a full payment of the appointment price booked, as we cannot replace an appointment with such short notice.
Yes! We currently treat several U18s. We do require parental/legal guardianship consent on behalf of all under 18’s – this can be done by completing one of our consent forms.
No! Our profession as Sports Therapist means we specialise in Sporting Injuries, but we are not limited to, we also treat and manage patients with day-to-day medical conditions.
No, you do not have to be a member of the gym to receive appointments from us.
