Postural Analysis is the process of analysing posture and alignments, checking for any asymmetries.

It can determine whether a person has any imbalances, deviations or muscle weaknesses, helping discover other faults in movement patterns which could be causing pain or discomfort.

Red Light Therapy (also known as photobiomodulation… I know, try saying that quickly 3 times) is a simple, non-invasive treatment that uses near-infrared wavelengths of red light to treat a multitude of conditions.

Dry Needling is a modern and effective method, utilised when we cannot loosen tissue with massage or heat due to high sensitivity of the affected area.

We can specifically target key trigger points within the tissue that is causing pain.

T.E.N.S .

TENS is a non-invasive peripheral stimulation method, used to relieve pain using low- voltage electrical currents which pass through the skin, stimulating the signals to the spinal cord and brain – TENS is used to treat several conditions.

FAQs

when do you open?

Appointments are available from 06:00-21:00 on weekdays, 08:00-20:00 on Saturdays 08:00-18:00 on Sundays.
NB: Availability are subject to change for emergency bookings.

how quick can I get seen?

Very quickly! We try our best to avoid fully booking appointments every day, giving opportunity to those in need of a last-minute emergency appointment on the day.

are there any hidden fees?

No hidden costs! We request payments are made in advance for all bookings. Cancellations fee applies within 3 days of appointment and is £15. For reschedule, payment will cover your new appointment date.

do you treat under 18s?

Yes! We currently treat several U18s. We do require parental/legal guardianship consent on behalf of all under 18’s – this can be done by completing one of our consent forms.

do you only treat sports injuries?

No! Our profession as Sports Therapist means we specialise in Sporting Injuries, but we are not limited to, we also treat and manage patients with day-to-day medical conditions.

do i have to be a member?

No, you do not have to be a member of the gym to receive appointments from us. However, Stack House members will receive a discount for their appointments.
